How do the sessions run?
Online, by video call. The join link arrives with your booking confirmation, together with a calendar invite you can click. Nothing to install.
Can I move my slot?
Yes. Message me in good time and we’ll find a new one. The slot you release goes straight back into the calendar for someone else.
When do downloads arrive?
As soon as payment clears. The files sit in your order confirmation and permanently in your account, so you can fetch them again any time.
What about cancellation rights?
At checkout you confirm that delivery may start straight away. For digital content that ends the withdrawal right once the download begins, and for sessions once the session has been held (§ 356 (4) and (5) German Civil Code). Before that you can cancel any time.
